International Orders, Duties and Taxes
International customers may be responsible for additional charges imposed by their country, including customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local fees.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to Fountain Pen Hospital and are determined by the customs authorities or delivery carrier in the destination country. We are unable to estimate or control these charges.
The customer is responsible for paying all applicable duties, taxes, and fees required for delivery. Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays.
If an international shipment is refused or returned because these charges were not paid, any return shipping costs, customs fees, or other related expenses may be deducted from the customer’s refund.
